  • Since 2000, our mission has been to evolve the role women allow fitness to play in our lives.
  • We work tirelessly to shift the paradigm of how businesses and brands sell to women.  We’re sick of selling.  Let’s elevate ‘advertising’.  Women want to invest in companies that invest in us.  Period.
  • We will change how women are portrayed in the media.  Our daughters deserve to understand and accept themselves as perfection without the need for physical augmentation, photoshop or excessive sexuality.

How We Do It:

  • We provide space.  We primarily interact online through our website, social media and closed group forums as well as quarterly live events and destination retreats.  In January 2015 we will launch our inaugural quarterly digital magazine.

We are propelled forward through high-calibre connections and powHERful conversations.  We work closely with a roster of high-performance and high-purpose partners, leaders and distinctive groups who are aligned with our mission and value connecting with our community in a real and natural way.
